Loftis Manufacturing provides assembly and tryout for Progressive, Line, Electrical Terminal, Transfer, Four-slide and Compound Dies with press capacities from 50 – 1250 tons. Die assembly and tryout is done in-house at our Romeo, Michigan facility, so the same hands that build your tooling are the ones that prove it under the press.
Our team of highly-skilled journeyman tool & die makers take great care to ensure that all dies are built to the highest quality. The dies are then quality-checked against the design to verify that they meet the design requirements. Because every Loftis die begins as a 100% 3D solid-constructed, 100% 2D detailed design, that check is made against complete data — not shop-floor guesswork.
