CNC Machining Services Built on Native CAD Data
In addition to our other services we also offer CNC programming & machining services. Every program starts from the same native CAD data our engineers produce in Vero VISI Progress. Because our die designs are 100% 3D solid constructed and 100% 2D detailed, geometry moves straight from design to machine with no translation, no re-drawing and no guesswork.
Most of our machining runs in direct support of die build. We machine die details and components for the progressive, line, electrical terminal, transfer, four-slide and compound dies built in our Romeo, Michigan facility, keeping fit-up and schedule under one roof. The same capability is available for secondary machining and for replacement details on tooling we did not originally build.
Machined work passes through the same ISO 9001:2015 quality system as our dies, with CMM inspection available to verify critical features. Programmed, machined and inspected in the USA.
