Precision Metal Stampings and the Dies That Produce Them
Stamped metal parts in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper, 0.010 to 0.246 inches thick — produced on tooling we design, build and try out under one roof in Romeo, Michigan.
What We Produce
Loftis Manufacturing produces precision metal stampings in five metals — steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper — across material thicknesses from 0.010 to 0.246 inches. Parts run on progressive dies, four-slide equipment and deep-draw tooling in presses from 50 to 1250 tons, and every part is inspected to print with CMM equipment under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. All of it is made in the USA.
We also build the tooling itself. Progressive, line, transfer, electrical terminal, four-slide and compound dies leave our floor production-ready — designed 100% in 3D solids, detailed 100% in 2D, and proven out by our own die makers. Our stamped metal parts and die builds serve the automotive, medical, construction, HVAC, and oil and gas industries.
