CMM Inspection, GD&T and Reverse Engineering
All parts are inspected by CMM procedures to ensure accuracy and repeatability to meet customer standards and GD&T requirements. Production parts are routinely checked for accuracy, so dimensional performance is verified over the life of the tool — not just at buyoff.
Reverse engineering is also available through the use of CMM/laser scanner capacities. When prints are missing or legacy tooling needs documentation, we capture existing parts and dies digitally and deliver accurate data to build from.
